What a wonderful resort ! The pool was amazing with some shade from sail above shallow end, the rooms are equipped with all that you would need! My shower was a renovated walk in one which was so nice and beds furniture and artworks so colourful and modern. A great place to relax I will be back!
We stayed for one night before catching the Hamilton Island ferry. The overall impression of the place, both the apartment and public areas, was that it is tired and needs some TLC. Lots of wsteps to negotiate to get to the apartment. The apartment living are was OK. The main bedroom was lacking in furniture (bedside tables etc). There was a plumbing issue. Flush the toilet and the washbasin wouldn't work. Set the shower, and it runs cold when another apartment run theirs. We can't comment on the staff because we never met any. Likewise we can"t comment on the restaurant because it was closed. Definitely not good value for money.
Nice little quiet accommodation about a 20 min walk into main centre but a couple of drink spots to drop into on the way. The rainbow cafe is really good for breakfast and coffee is good for a coffee snob like me. 😁 …
We stayed over the Christmas period and were very disappointed. My husband found toenail clipping in the bed and none of the utensils, plates, cups extra were clean, we had to wash everything prior to using it. Also the floor was very dirty like it had not been washed. We will not stay there again
